1.What is CLP?

CLP stands for Comprehensive Learning Platform. Upon enrollment, every student receives a unique Student CLP ID, and parents are provided with a dedicated Parent CLP ID.

CLP, the web portal, acts as a bridge between the school and student/parent.

Examples of shared content through CLP include exam schedules, exam syllabi, revision sheets, report cards, REAP reports etc.

2.How do I login to CLP?

Step 1: Go to DPS Dubai Website

Step 2: Click on the ‘CLP’ icon on the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Enter the provided student/parent credentials.

3.What needs to be done if I forget my CLP password?

Step 1: Go to DPS Dubai Website

Step 2: Click on the ‘CLP’ icon on the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Click on ‘Forgot Password’.

Step 4: Click on ‘Existing Student/Parent’

Step 5: Input the student’s D Number into the Admission No. field and press the tab key on the keyboard. This action will automatically populate the registered email ID and phone number associated with the student.

(In case the email ID or phone number is incorrect, kindly send an email to [email protected])

Step 6: Click on ‘Submit’. A pop-up shows that the password is reset and mailed to your registered email ID.

4.How do I change my transportation details?

For transportation details, please get in touch with Al Saraya.

5.How to apply for new RFID?

To initiate the printing of your new card, kindly make a payment of AED 15.75 (card only) or AED 21 (including lanyard and card holder) at the school accounts/Bookstore.

After making the payment, please email the receipt to [email protected]

6.How do I update my phone number and email ID?

To update your phone number and email ID, please send the details via email to [email protected]
