Summer Culinary Experience for High School Students
This summer, step into the world of culinary arts with a hands-on experience designed especially for high school students. The World Cuisine Summer Camp introduces aspiring young chefs to global flavours, essential cooking techniques, and the excitement of working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Dates: 13th – 16th July 2026.
- Duration: 4 days. (Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 3.30pm)
- Open to students from grade 9 to grade 12, aged 14 -18 years old.
- Price: 1,000 AED including lunch.
- Location: Dubai College of Tourism, Meydan Campus.

Summer Tourism Immersion Experience
- Duration: 1 week (Monday to Friday)
- Dates: 6th July – 10th July 2026 for Grades 9 to 12.
- Timings: Monday – Thursday: 9.00am – 3.00pm
- Friday: 9.00am – 12.00pm
- Cost: 1,000AED including lunch.
- Location: Dubai College of Tourism, 4th floor, Offices 2, One Central, Dubai, UAE
