It was June 2021, when I last stepped out of DPS Dubai, which I proudly can say is my school. I had just graduated and freed out to see the world. The surreal feeling of graduation, fills your heart with happiness, satisfaction and responsibility as our school’s motto in itself says ‘Service Before Self’.
Our Mighty School is full of pride with the success of its students, that it’s seen in the smile of my ever-grateful teachers. They have made it feel like home away from home. Even though our last schooling year was conducted online, our teachers have listened to each of our needs and precisely understood our minds. Some say that the success of a school is based on students’ performance, however I deeply believe that it’s the management and teachers who have become an inspiration to us children, to excel in what they nurture us with.
Irreconcilably, DPSD, our school has made us who we are today. The positive and healthy interactions with teachers, the discipline put forth, social roles we identify ourselves is all teachings of our school DPS Dubai, that has made us grow into young yet mature global citizens.
I am indebted to our school, for growing me into this independent person, who I am today to have flown to Singapore myself and be quarantining of 2/14 days.
Learning has always been the best methodology in growing, that when you satisfactorily complete school, you become more engaged and responsible to society, feel peaceful and understand how to deal with people and emotions.
It is without a doubt, I would say that my school, has always looked after our well-being and emotional quotient, without which we couldn’t have prolonged an uncertain Pandemic hit year. The kudos goes to our ever-dedicated teachers and management, heartfelt thank you, it was our absolute pleasure and happiness, to have grown into the humans we are today because of your hard work and efforts.
